Because the main building materials are prefabricated panels and steel, the use of sand, cement and bricks is greatly reduced, resulting in less construction waste on the site. The biggest difference from ordinary concrete construction sites is that there are very few people in construction, only about 10 people. It is understood that if the building with the same area of ​​concrete structure needs about 30 people, the construction of the steel structure house will use 13 people. This steel structure house takes one day to build a layer. If the house with the same area of ​​concrete structure is built, It takes 5 days. Since the floor panels and steel beams and columns are machined in the workshop, it saves a lot of time and manpower. This is still the experimental stage. If it becomes industrial batch construction, it will take less time and use less labor. Workers only need 1/3 of the original, and the working hours are only 1/10 of the original. If the technology is mature, the industrial construction of 18 floors may take 10 days.
